Our open‑gym, movement‑focused environment emphasizes active rehab, progressive loading, and real‑world results-not passive, high‑volume care.

nJob Description

nSports Physical Therapy has an immediate opportunity for a dynamic individual ready to work as an Exercise Specialis t in a fast-paced physical therapy clinic. This position is responsible for daily patient care and takes direction from a physical therapist(s) by performing treatment-related exercise programs and patient-related tasks as needed.

nnnAssist physical therapists with patient exercise programs and treatment‑related tasks

n

nnProvide excellent customer service and help create a welcoming clinic experience

n

nnSupport patients through their rehab exercises with clear instruction and encouragement

n

nnMaintain a clean, organized, and safe clinic environment

n

nnCommunicate effectively with patients, clinicians, and staff

n

nnHelp ensure patient flow and efficiency throughout the day

n

n nQualifications

nnnInterest in or degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field

n

nnPrior experience in a medical or fitness setting preferred

n

nnStrong communication and interpersonal skills

n

nnAbility to multitask in a fast‑paced environment

n

nnProfessionalism, confidentiality, and commitment to patient safety

n

nnAbility to build rapport and motivate patients

n
