You'll enjoy:Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverageCompany-paid life and disability insurancePaid parental leave and sabbatical opportunities401(k) with 100% match up to 5%Generous PTO and paid holidaysWhat You'll DoProvide high-quality, patient-centered dental care and chairside support.Perform expanded functions within Pennsylvania scope, including restorations, sealants, fluoride treatments, coronal polishing, and radiographs.Educate patients on treatment plans, post-operative care, and oral hygiene.Maintain OSHA, CDC, and HIPAA compliance through proper infection control and sterilization.Manage clinical equipment, supplies, and basic lab duties, including temporary restorations.Accurately document patient care and maintain clinical records.Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient, safe, and exceptional patient care.What You'll BringCurrent Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA) license for the commonwealth of PA (Applications will be accepted for those in a certified EFDA program eligible to apply for licensure to be obtained before hire)Current DANB Radiation & Health Safety Certification OR eligibility to obtain within first 90 daysCurrent CPR (BLS) Certification OR able to obtain within first 90 daysProficiency with EHRs and computers (Microsoft Word, internet, electronic charting)Core SkillsProficiency in restoration placementExcellent interpersonal skills to work with healthcare team in delivering care to a diverse, sometimes challenging patient population.Ability to show respect for people and their differences.Ability to stay calm under pressure.Demonstrate judgment, patience, integrity, organization, and prioritization in multi-task environmentDemonstrate cultural competency and take a trauma-informed and harm-reduction approach to health careAttention to detail, dependability, listening and communication skills, and flexibilityProject HOME provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment, without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
