If you are an eager EFDA seeking a fulfilling role with a practice that prioritizes patient care and professional growth, apply today!We Offer:Position: Full-time (Monday through Thursday)Benefits: Full Benefits Package (including 401(k))Environment: Supportive staff, collaborative doctors, and a patient-first practice culturePreferred Qualifications:EFDA experience preferred, but happy to train the right candidate.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated, punctual, and a strong team player.Open Dental experience preferred, but willing to train.Proficiency in dental terminology, restorative procedures, and clinical workflows.Essential Functions:Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures.Perform expanded functions including placing/finishing restorations, coronal polishing, and sealant placement.Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and organize clinical equipment for patient visits.Provide attentive chairside assistance and proactive support to the clinical team.Expose and process high-quality digital dental radiographs.Maintain accurate patient records, clinical charts, and treatment documentation.Ensure strict compliance with infection control and safety protocols.Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and post-operative care.Licenses & Certifications:High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required).Indiana Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) Certification (Required).Indiana Dental Radiography License (Required).CPR/BLS Certification (Required).If you are excited to contribute to an exceptional dental practice that values your role in patient care and offers a supportive environment for your career growth, please submit your application today!
