Job description
Franciscan Ministries is seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing - Expansion to lead occupancy, pre-sales, and strategic marketing across multiple life plan/entrance-fee services. You will drive a multi‑million‑dollar expansion, align sales with operations, and guide a cross-functional team to a successful transition from rental to Life Plan housing.
The role requires 5+ years in senior living sales, strong CRM and marketing leadership, and the ability to build partnerships with referral sources
