Join us and be part of this journey towards greater opportunities and brighter futures.We’re seeking an Experience Design Manager to lead end-to-end UX design for a product area within Concentrix while also leading and developing a team of designers. This role partners closely with Product and Engineering to create intuitive, user-centered solutions that align with business goals and technical needs, while fostering strong design practices, collaboration, and team growth.

Responsibilities

Lead design strategy and execution from discovery through delivery.

Partner with Product and Engineering to define problems, shape solutions, and deliver impactful experiences.

Drive user-centered design through research, validation, and data-informed decisions.

Translate complex requirements into simple, intuitive experiences.

Create flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

Contribute to the design system and elevate design quality through collaboration and mentorship.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience designing complex digital products; B2B, SaaS, or security experience preferred.

Experience managing teams of at least 5 people.

Strong expertise in UX design, research, usability testing, and interaction design.

Ability to independently own product areas and make strategic design decisions.

Experience facilitating workshops and cross-functional collaboration.

Proficiency with Figma, UserTesting, Miro, FigJam, and AI-assisted prototyping tools.

Experience with Google Analytics and Amplitude is a nice to have.

Strong communication skills and ability to influence Product and Engineering partners.

Advanced English proficiency.

Strong understanding of product metrics and business impact.
