Build-A-Bear is seeking a Full Time Store Manager for our Oglethorpe Mall location in Savannah, Georgia. In this role, you will oversee store operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience and leading a high-performing team. Your responsibilities include driving sales, managing payroll and inventory, and upholding company policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate has a strong management background, preferably in a retail environment, with at least two years of experience and a high school diploma or GED. Leadership skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment are essential in this position.
