Ulta Beauty in Columbus, OH, is seeking an Experience Manager to lead a high-performing team across salon services, boutiques, and retail. You will drive guest satisfaction, NPS, and top-line sales while managing a diverse staff of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, and managers.
