Job description
T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking an Experience Associate Manager to join our newest retail Experience stores, elevating service and sales for customers. You will partner with the Experience Store Manager and lead teams, coach peers, and champion new tools and a product roadmap for these locations.
Strong customer focus and sales drive are essential. You will train teams through curated curricula, drive performance, and deliver exceptional experiences that customers remember.
