Job description
T-Mobile’s Nashville Experience store seeks an Experience Associate Manager to help deliver an elevated service and sales experience. You will partner with the Experience Store Manager to support Sr. Mobile Experts, coach teams on new systems, and drive a roadmap designed for these locations.
You will train, mentor, and lead teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes, while embracing new tools and processes. A strong focus on customer experience and performance will be essential to success.
