T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking an Experience Associate Manager in Blaine, MN to elevate the service and sales experience in our Experience stores. You’ll support Sr.
Mobile Experts, help roll out new tools and product roadmaps, and lead a team through focused training and certification to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will coach and develop peers, drive store performance, and stay current on product knowledge and sales metrics.
