Sony Interactive Entertainment is hiring an Experience Strategy Manager in San Mateo, CA (Hybrid). You will lead the personalization strategy for PlayStation Plus on console and app, and own lifecycle experiences to grow engagement and subscriptions.
Join a cross-functional team that partners with Product & Engineering to test, learn, and deploy new personalization features across the PlayStation ecosystem. You will mentor lifecycle journeys and drive optimization across customer touchpoints.
