Experienced Account Manager – Freight & Logistics
TLS is seeking an experienced Account Manager with a background in freight brokerage. If you're passionate about building strong customer relationships, growing existing accounts, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
Manage and grow an established portfolio of customer accounts
Develop new business opportunities through relationship building and strategic outreach
Coordinate daily freight movements by working closely with carriers and customers
Negotiate competitive rates while maintaining service excellence
Deliver outstanding customer service and proactive communication
Collaborate with an experienced team to ensure successful shipments and long-term customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in freight brokerage and/or third-party logistics (3PL)
Proven success managing customer relationships and growing business
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to prioritize multiple shipments and customers in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and a team-oriented attitude
