Established private dental practice seeking an experienced Associate Dentist for part-time or full-time opportunities in our modern Bakersfield and Tulare offices. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident clinician who values autonomy, quality patient care, and strong earning potential in a supportive private practice environment.
We are an insurance and fee-for-service practice providing comprehensive general and specialty dental services with a strong existing patient base and experienced support staff.

We are looking for a dentist with:
Minimum 3 years of clinical experience
Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
Additional experience with implants, endodontics, oral surgery, or third molar extractions is highly valued.
Part-time and full-time opportunities available
One day per week required in Tulare office
Remaining schedule primarily in Bakersfield
