A well-established and growing New York law firm is seeking an experienced attorney to join its collaborative legal team.

What You'll Do:
Advise clients on complex legal and regulatory issues
Conduct legal research and prepare briefs, motions, and legal opinions
Draft and negotiate contracts and agreements
Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and litigation proceedings
Develop trusted advisor relationships with clients
Qualifications:
Active admission to the New York State Bar
3+ years of legal experience preferred
Exceptional writing, research, and communication skills
Experience within litigation, employment, education, construction, municipal, or public entity work is highly valued
