Job Description:
Career minded individuals needed for a first class technician position at Roberson's Albany Ford located in Albany, OR. We are looking for Experienced Technicians to join our industry leading Service Team! We are a high volume shop in a small town. Enjoy excellent pay and performance incentives at a dealership where your skills will be recognized and rewarded! *Wage to be discussed in the interview, varies based on experience.*
Job Responsibilities:
Perform work outlined on maintenance and repair orders to ensure customer satisfaction
Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and repair in a timely manner
Provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs
Able to explain mechanical problems and needed repairs to Service Advisors and vehicle owners in a non technical manner
Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay in line with rapidly changing technology
Job Requirements: Automotive technician experience required.
Diesel technician experience a plus.
Ability to diagnose and repair engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and AC systems
Ability to stand for extended periods of time, lift at least 301bs, bend, kneel, crouch, and work in confined spaces as needed.
A valid driver's license
