Experienced Automotive Sales Consultant
Build Relationships. Work with Autonomy. Earn at a High Level.
$10,000 Signing Bonus
Paid in four equal quarterly installments of $2,500 during your first year of employment.

What You'll Do
The Automotive Consultant is responsible for creating a world‑class experience for every guest who visits our showroom — both in person and online.
Our consultants act as knowledgeable advisors who help customers navigate vehicle selection, performance, accessories, efficiency, safety, and features.
Responsibilities include:
Presenting new and pre‑owned vehicles in an engaging, informative, and professional manner
Building trust and long‑term relationships with customers
Guiding guests through the vehicle selection and purchase process
Communicating with customers both in person and digitally
Consultants with social media and digital communication experience are highly desirable. Automotive Consultants are encouraged to develop and manage their own professional online presence to connect with customers, promote inventory, and build a personal brand.
Self‑directed marketing efforts are both expected and rewarded, providing motivated professionals additional opportunities for growth and success.

Compensation
Dave Gill Chevrolet offers one of the most competitive and progressive pay plans in the Columbus area .
Experienced Automotive Consultants receive:
$10,000 signing bonus (paid quarterly during the first year)
Competitive compensation with strong earning potential
Flat commission on every sale plus bonus potential
