Experienced Automotive Service Advisor/ConsultantAre you a driven, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment? Your responsibilities will include:Warmly greeting customers and helping them feel welcome and supported.Listening carefully to customer concerns and offering knowledgeable recommendations.Scheduling service appointments and keeping customers informed throughout the repair process.Preparing accurate, transparent service and repair estimates.Ensuring every service is completed to the highest standard and to the customer's satisfaction.Maintaining an organized, professional workspace.Staying current on automotive technologies and industry trends.Providing outstanding support to the reconditioning department, service director, and service/parts teams.Communicating clearly and effectively across departments.Competitive Earnings: $50,000 – $100,000+ Includes base salary plus bonuses based on performance and customer satisfaction.We're looking for someone who is energetic, solutions-driven, and ready to be a positive force in our service department. Ideal candidates will have:Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (dealership experience preferred).Strong knowledge of automotive services and repair processes.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Experience handling multi-line phone systems.Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.A calm, customer-first approach—even under pressure.Ability to use multiple computer programs efficiently and simultaneously.High school diploma or equivalent.A valid Minnesota driver's license meeting insurability standards.We invest in our people because we know our employees are the fuel that drives our success.
