Location: St. Charles, IL
Schedule: Monday-Friday, No Weekends
Pay Rate: $52,000-$60,000 annually
Pay Type: Base Salary + Monthly Bonus
Earning Potential: $72,000-$80,000 annually

Diehl Auto Repair is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor in St. Charles, IL, with expected annual earnings of $72,000-$80,000. Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide professional service throughout the repair process
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle symptoms
Write repair orders and prepare repair estimates
Recommend maintenance and repair services based on technician findings
Order parts and coordinate workflow between customers and technicians
Keep customers informed about vehicle status and repair progress
Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments
Build long-term customer relationships through clear, consistent communication
Qualifications
2+ years of Automotive Service Advisor experience required
Experience writing repair orders and estimates
Parts ordering experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
Computer proficiency and comfort communicating by phone, email, and text
Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate customer and shop workflow
Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a busy shop environment
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary of $52,000-$60,000 annually
Monthly performance bonus opportunities
Expected annual earnings of $72,000-$80,000
