Description: Experienced Automotive Technician (Honda)
Join the opening team of CMA's brand-new Honda dealership scheduled to open in January 2027 in Lexington Park, Maryland. We're building our team now and seeking experienced technicians who want the unique opportunity to help launch a new dealership from the ground up. What You'll Do
Diagnose and repair vehicles, including engine, electrical, drivability, and mechanical concerns
Perform maintenance, inspections, and warranty repairs according to manufacturer standards
Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and technology
Maintain productivity, efficiency, and quality goals
Document repairs accurately and completely
Deliver high-quality workmanship and contribute to outstanding customer satisfaction
Work collaboratively with advisors, parts personnel, and fellow technicians
Schedule
Full-Time
Flexible scheduling based on service department hours
Rotating Saturdays
Closed Sundays
Requirements: What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
2+ years of automotive technician experience
Strong diagnostic and repair abilities
Valid driver's license
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction
Preferred Qualifications
Honda experience
Import vehicle experience
ASE Certifications
Previous dealership experience
Advanced diagnostic training
Compensation
$80,000 - $120,000 + annually based on experience, performance, productivity, and certifications.
