Qualifications
Responsibilities include performing high-quality repairs and maintenance on vehicles, following repair orders and dealership procedures with efficiency; test-driving vehicles and using advanced diagnostic tools to assess and repair systems such as engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, and more; diagnosing and repairing a wide range of automotive systems, ensuring vehicles are operating at their best; collaborating with Service Advisors to keep customers informed about necessary repairs and services; providing accurate time estimates for additional repairs, ensuring transparency and customer satisfaction; completing warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications, maintaining high standards of workmanship; performing other duties as assigned to support the dealership's goals and operations; service technician experience required; ASE Certification preferred; ambitious and hardworking with a strong presence in a team environment; excellent customer service skills; ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; willingness and ability to learn new technology, repair procedures, and service specifications; proficient in operating electronic diagnostic equipment; ability to lift up to 20 lbs regularly; valid driver's license with a clean driving record; and willingness to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check.
