Automotive Technician Position
Haddad Toyota, a leading automotive dealership in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, seeks a skilled and experienced Automotive Technician to join our team. This is a full-time, hourly position in the auto industry, which offers a competitive salary range of $50,000 to $120,000 per year, paid weekly. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to vehicle maintenance, repair, and diagnosis at our dealership. We offer a great team system and atmosphere, along with a heated/air-conditioned shop, high-tech equipment, company-supplied toolboxes, shop raffles, paid training, and lots of room for personal growth!
Automotive Technician Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary range of $50,000 to $120,000 per year, paid weekly, Pay based on experience

Automotive Technician Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance and repairs on vehicles according to manufacturer guidelines and dealership standards
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on vehicles using diagnostic equipment and tools
Complete work orders and document all services and repairs performed
Communicate with customers and provide exceptional customer service
Ensure the work area and tools are kept clean and organized
Follow all safety procedures and regulations
Keep up-to-date with new vehicle models and technologies through training and self-study
Automotive Technician Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as an Automotive Technician in the auto industry required
Previous experience in mechanical repairs required
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with diagnostic equipment and tools
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Detail-oriented and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
