Experienced Automotive Technician |Up to $110K+ | No Weekends
Location: Surprise, AZ
Schedule: Monday-Friday | No Weekends
Earning Potential: $75,000-$110,000+ per year, depending on experience
Pay Type: Annual earning potential
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technician in Surprise, AZ with strong diagnostic, electrical, and drivability skills. This position offers $75,000-$110,000+ in annual earning potential, depending on experience, with a Monday-Friday schedule and no weekends. You'll work in a professional independent shop with challenging diagnostic work, quality equipment, and a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair domestic and import vehicles
Perform advanced electrical and drivability diagnostics
Troubleshoot CAN network and communication issues
Repair gas and light diesel vehicles
Service light-duty trucks, fleet vehicles, older vehicles, and RVs
Complete complex mechanical repairs using quality diagnostic equipment
Collaborate with the team to deliver accurate, high-quality repairs
Qualifications
5+ years of professional automotive repair experience
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Experience with electrical systems and drivability concerns
Comfortable working on older vehicles and light diesel applications
Ability to diagnose problems efficiently and accurately
Own basic hand tools
Dealership or independent shop experience welcome
Compensation & Benefits
$75,000-$110,000+ annual earning potential, depending on experience
