Responsive RecruiterWe are looking for experienced Caregivers in Austin, TX & surrounding areas Full-Time and Part-Time available Day and/or overnight shifts Weekdays and/or Weekends Long shifts and short shifts available We are hiring for multiple positions located in different areas of town.Caregiver Job DescriptionWe want caregivers who are highly dependable and energetic with a desire to help people in a variety of situations. The ideal caregiver candidate is able to provide hands-on care to an elderly individual with special, non-medical needs in their home and is comfortable working with pets. Someone who is sensitive to the needs of our clients, pro-active, flexible and able to deal with changes in the schedule and a wide range of responsibilities.Caregiver ResponsibilitiesEnsure the client's well-being.Provide assistance with ADL's (such as bathing, dressing, toileting, etc.)Provide assistance with IADL's (such as meal prep, housekeeping, transportation, etc.)Medication reminders.Possible minor pet care.Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment in client's home.Perform other basic caregiving services.Employee Benefits401K MatchIncentive and Referral ProgramsDaily or Bi-weekly Pay & Direct Deposit (FREE pay card available)Time and a half for Overtime & HolidaysPTO with qualifying number of hoursInsurance available with qualifying hours and tenurePaid trainingSupportive office staff and a great team environment!Caregiver QualificationsAt least 1 year of paid verifiable caregiving experience (in-home care, facility, hospital, hospice, or similar) — Required.Ability to perform hands-on personal care (ie: bathing, toileting, transfers).Flexible to work weekends and/or holidays if neededEnjoy working in a one-on-one setting and ready to make a difference in the lives of othersAbility to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodationsValid driver's license and reliable transportationAble to pass background checkPrefer caregivers who are comfortable with pets.About UsAt HomeWell, we appreciate our employees and treat each one with dignity, compassion, and respect.
