Our caregiver-first approach means we prioritize your well-being, growth, and success — because great care starts with great caregivers.As a Home Matters caregiver, you'll provide essential daily living support, companionship, and personalized care to our clients. Responsibilities include light housekeeping, meal preparation, hygiene assistance, and mobility support.QualificationsMust be 21 years of age (some exceptions may apply)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsMinimum of 1 year of professional caregiving experience with seniorsResponsibilitiesAssist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and groomingPrepare meals and assist with feeding as neededSupport mobility and transfersProvide companionship and emotional supportMaintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for clientsFollow care plans and communicate changes in condition to appropriate staffRequirements1 or more years of formal caregiving experience in senior careReliable transportationFamiliarity with basic first aid proceduresValid driver's licensePersonal vehicle with proof of auto insurancePhysical RequirementsAble to lift up to 50 lbs. using safe, ergonomic movementsAble to stand, walk, reach, crouch, use hands and fingersAble to communicate clearly and effectivelyPhysically and mentally able to drive a vehicleWorking EnvironmentAgency officeClient homesSkilled, Independent, and Assisted Living CommunitiesCompensationJob Type: Full-time / Part-time Pay: $14–$18 per hour, based on experience and qualificationsBenefitsWeekly Pay (Daily pay option available)Holiday pay at time and a halfPerformance-based pay raisesReferral bonusesPaid time off401K planSupplemental insuranceVision and Dental coverageMileage reimbursementZingage annual benefits program offering exclusive discounts, perks, and rewardsIf you're a caring and dependable individual looking to make a difference in your community, Home Matters Caregiving – Greater Philadelphia invites you to join our team!
