Dependable Caregivers WantedWe are a non-medical in-home care agency in search of dependable, caring, and reliable caregivers that want to work and gain personal satisfaction in serving others. C.N.A.'s with reliable transportation welcomed.ResponsibilitiesProviding companionship and conversation;Assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, dressing, bathroom needs;Performing light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and linen changing;Laying out clothes and assisting with dressing;Planning and preparing light meals;Providing medication reminders;Providing transportation to and from appointments if part of care plan.QualificationsAbility to treat clients with dignity and respect;Positive attitude and a compassion for others;Ability to interpret the client's provided plan of care;Valid driver's license and transportation if required in client care plan;Ability to be flexible and adapt to new situations;Tolerance to small pets (i.e. dogs and/or cats) if part of care plan (you can also choose not to take clients with pets);Must be able to be reached via phone or text for shift schedules, client updates and/or emergencies;Able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds;Prior experience with dementia patients and senior care is a plus!Why Join The Industry?Competitive compensation and weekly pay by direct deposit;Flexible scheduling;Training and support for our caregivers;Very responsive team before, during and after shifts;401K after one year and 1,000 hours of work.Professional caregivers go by many names: homemakers, home care aides, home health aides, certified nursing assistants, personal care assistants, direct care workers.
