Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a growing construction company that specializes in building high-quality residential homes throughout Northern MN. We are seeking a skilled carpenter who takes pride in their craftsmanship, enjoys working outdoors, and wants to be part of a team building structures that stand the test of time. This position offers a Monday through Friday schedule with starting pay at $22/hour. Higher wages are available for experienced and highly skilled carpenters.What You'll DoPerform framing, roofing, siding, and finish carpentry workRead and interpret blueprints and construction plansSafely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipmentWork alongside a crew to complete projects on schedule and to quality standardsEnsure job sites remain safe, organized, and productiveQualificationsPrevious carpentry or construction experience requiredAbility to read tape measures and construction drawingsComfortable working outdoors in various weather conditionsStrong work ethic and attention to detailReliable transportation and dependable attendanceAbility to lift, carry, and maneuver construction materials throughout the workdayMust have a valid driver's license to travel to job sites dailyApply now!
