Experienced Carpenter / Handyman

What You'll Do
Complete a wide variety of residential home repair and improvement projects, including carpentry, drywall, doors, trim, tile, light plumbing, light electrical, and punch-list work
Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate professionally with homeowners
Take ownership of every job from arrival through final cleanup
Document completed work with photos and job notes
Protect customers' homes and leave every job clean and ready to enjoy
What We're Looking For
8+ years of residential multi-trade experience
Strong carpentry and drywall skills (required)
Experience with light plumbing and electrical repairs
Professional-grade hand and power tools
Ability to work independently and solve problems
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Clean driving record
Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work from ladders
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Compensation
Competitive pay with performance bonuses. Our highest-performing technicians earn $35–$40+ per hour. Compensation is based on experience, skill, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
