Experienced Carpenters – Residential Production BuilderWe are the largest production residential carpentry contractor in the Chicago suburban market, with immediate opportunities for experienced carpenters across our job sites in the 8 counties surrounding Chicago.We are actively seeking experienced carpenters specializing in exterior trim, decks, framing, interior trim, sheathing roofs, or back-out who can work closely with Foremen and field leadership to drive production and quality.This role supports active residential construction projects throughout the greater Chicago area, including the following counties and communities:Will County: Plainfield, Joliet, Lockport, New Lenox, ManhattanDupage County: Aurora, Naperville, Woodridge, Lombard, WarrenvilleKane County: Aurora, St. Charles, Elgin, Batavia, Huntley, Pingree Grove, Sugar GroveKendall County: Oswego, Yorkville, MontgomeryCook County: Tinley Park, Schaumburg, Bartlett, Lemont, Hoffman Estates, NorthbrookLake County: Mundelein, VoloMcHenry County: Huntley, Crystal Lake, JohnsburgDeKalb County: DeKalb, Sycamore, Genoa, Cortland, Maple Park, Sandwich, Somonauk, KingstonTravel between project sites may be required based on business needs.What you'll do:Perform residential framing, exterior trim, interior trim, deck construction, roof sheathing, and back-out workPartner closely with Foremen to execute daily build plans and maintain production paceExecute work with high quality, efficiency, and consistencyMaintain clean, organized, and safe job sitesSupport crews in meeting project schedules and build timelinesWork environment:Active residential construction sitesOutdoor work in varying conditionsPhysically demanding work (lifting, climbing, ladders, roofs)Overtime available based on production schedulesWhat you'll bring:Experience in residential carpentry, with specialization in: exterior trim, decks, framing, interior trim, roof sheathing, or back-outAbility to work directly with and take direction from Foremen and field leadershipStrong ability to work independently and produce quality workExperience using hand and power toolsStrong attention to detail and craftsmanshipWhat you'll earn:Health Care Benefits401(k) with employer matchPaid Time OffQXO is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
