Depending on the client's individual needs, you may:Provide compassionate companionship and emotional supportAssist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needsPrepare meals and encourage healthy eatingProvide medication remindersAssist with mobility and everyday activitiesPerform light housekeeping to maintain a safe, comfortable environmentProvide transportation and assistance with errands, appointments, or community activitiesFollow individualized care plansDocument services provided and communicate important observations to the care teamDevelop trusting relationships with clients and their familiesWe're looking for caregivers who are:Compassionate and genuinely enjoy helping othersDependable and take pride in being someone clients can count onPatient, respectful, and professionalComfortable working independently in a client's homeStrong communicators who work well with clients, families, and our care teamExperienced in caregiving, personal care, or senior careCNAs are strongly encouraged to apply.
