We are a 100% employee-owned company that values safety, teamwork, quality, and continuous improvement.Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator II to join our Euless manufacturing team. This role is responsible for setting up and operating CNC and manual machining equipment to fabricate high-quality custom parts according to customer specifications and work orders.RequirementsMinimum 2+ years of CNC machining experience and/or formal technical trainingExperience operating CNC mills, lathes, routers, saws, or similar manufacturing equipmentAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsKnowledge of GD&T preferredStrong math skills and experience using calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and other precision measuring toolsExperience inspecting parts and maintaining quality standardsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsPrevious manufacturing experience requiredAbility to work independently and meet productivity goalsMust be willing to work overtime as neededResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC and manual production equipmentManufacture custom parts according to blueprints and work ordersPerform quality inspections using precision measuring toolsComplete production paperwork accuratelyMaintain a safe, clean, and organized work areaPerform basic machine maintenance and participate in cross-training activitiesBenefitsEmployee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability Insurance401(k) with Company MatchPaid Time Off and Paid HolidaysCareer Growth and Training OpportunitiesQualified candidates must meet the CNC machining, blueprint reading, measuring tool, and manufacturing experience requirements to be considered.Equal Employment Opportunity StatementThe Gund Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
