Hendrick Collision Center (Cary)Location: 121 Team Hendrick Way, Cary, North Carolina 27511Summary: To assist the Accounting Department with administrative tasks and general office duties.Essential Duties and Responsibilities May Include The Following:Maintain office supply inventoriesSchedule and plan monthly employee luncheonsCreate & Maintain General Manager and Senior Accounting Managers CalendarsAssist in scheduling & planning team building activities with various departmentsAssist Senior Accounting Managers & Department Heads in various projectsSchedule meetings and attend as needed for support to Senior Accounting ManagersBuild relationships and communication with dealership personnel, Accounting Office staff, and HAG employeesAttend Weekly Department Head/Senior Management Meetings to strategize on how to make the departments better and discuss issuesMaintains an organized, clean and safe work areaParticipates in required trainingRecords all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping systemFollows Safeguards rules and regulations.Demonstrates the Company's Core ValuesComplies with Company policies and proceduresObserves all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties.Other duties as assignedQualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to learn the Dealership Management System, Spreadsheet software, accounting software, and inventory software.Communication Skills:Ability to understand and follow instructions. Ability to communicate effectively with company personnel.Attendance Expectations:The position requires regular and predictable attendance. Scheduled shifts may include evening hours, weekends, and some holidays.Physical Demands:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel.Environment Demands:Duties are performed primarily at a desk in an office setting. Work includes frequent clerical and administrative responsibilities and interaction with managers and employees.Verbal and Writing Ability:Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.Math Ability:Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
