nExperienced Commercial Lender
nWe are seeking a seasoned lender with an established book of business to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong client relationships, proven lending experience, and the ability to generate meaningful loan and deposit growth.
nKey Responsibilities
nnManage and grow an existing portfolio of commercial lending relationships.
nBring and develop a book of business generating approximately $8–10 million in loans .
nSupport deposit growth with an expected contribution of approximately $3–4 million in deposits .
nOriginate, structure, and manage commercial loans in accordance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
nBuild and maintain long-term relationships with business owners, professionals, and centers of influence.
nIdentify opportunities for cross-selling banking products and services.
nMonitor portfolio performance, credit quality, and client needs.
nCollaborate with credit, underwriting, operations, and senior leadership to ensure a smooth client experience.
n nQualifications
nnProven experience as a commercial lender, business banker, or relationship manager.
nEstablished book of business and strong local market relationships.
nDemonstrated ability to generate loan and deposit growth.
nStrong knowledge of commercial credit, lending products, underwriting, and portfolio management.
nExcellent communication, relationship-building, and business development skills.
nAbility to work independently while contributing to team goals.
nCommunity banking or regional banking experience preferred.
n nIdeal Candidate
nThe successful candidate is a highly motivated, relationship-driven lender who can bring existing client relationships and contribute immediately to the organization’s growth. This individual should be comfortable managing production goals, maintaining credit quality, and representing the institution professionally in the marketplace.
