Duties
Take depositions and argue motions.
Manage cases from filing to resolution.
Collaborate with team members on active litigation matters.
Requirements
12 years of commercial litigation experience.
Prior trial experience, especially jury trials, is a plus.
Ability to work in-office full-time.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications
Licensed to practice law in the state of TX.
Skills
Strong litigation and case management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
