Projects may include:Commercial interiors & exteriorsRetail spaces and office buildingsHOA & multi-family propertiesWarehouses & industrial spacesTenant improvementsSpecialty coatings, staining, and clear-coatingWe are looking for experienced crews with strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to complete projects safely, efficiently, and professionally. Preferred experience includes:Boom lifts & scissor liftsWorking at heightsCommercial jobsite safety practicesDrywall repair & texturingLevel 5 finish workCarpentryStaining & clear-coatingNICE TO HAVES:OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certificationLift certificationsExperience working in occupied commercial environmentsLead-safe/RRP experienceAt CertaPro Painters, we value subcontractors who communicate well, show up consistently, and take ownership of their work.
