Experienced Construction Field ForemanCST Industries, a global leader in the design and erection of bolted steel tanks and geodesic domes, is growing at a rapid pace—and we want you on our team.We are actively hiring Field Foremen and Lead Technicians with experience in tank and dome erection. This is your opportunity to join a company offering top industry pay, great benefits, and long-term career growth.Your RoleAs a Field Foreman, you'll be responsible for the safe and efficient installation of bolted steel tanks and aluminum dome covers across various job sites. You'll lead crews, manage documentation, and ensure high-quality execution of all field operations.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and participate in the erection and installation of bolted tanks and geodesic domesComplete all required site documentation (daily reports, timesheets, safety logs)Operate standard erection equipment: forklifts, manlifts, and moreUse hand and power tools safely and effectivelyEnsure compliance with all safety standards (OSHA 30, MSHA 48, etc.)Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job siteRequirementsProven experience in bolted tank and/or dome erectionComfortable working at heights up to 150'Able to work in extreme hot and cold environmentsValid driver's license and ability to qualify as a DOT driverAble to lift 50+ lbs regularlyMust pass drug screen and background checkSafety certifications preferred (OSHA 30, MSHA 48, Basic Plus)What We OfferTop Foreman Pay for qualified candidates$60/day Per Diem + Company-Paid HotelsCompany-Provided truck, credit card, phone, and laptopComprehensive Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance401(k) with Employer MatchSafety Incentives and much moreCareer advancement with a company on the riseJoin a team where your skills are valued and your future is built.
