Full-Time Day Shift | Hands-On Care | Fort Worth, TX 76107Comfort Keepers is looking for an experienced and dependable full-time caregiver to provide one-on-one in-home care for a client in the Fort Worth 76107 area. This position is best suited for a caregiver who is confident assisting with mobility, transfers, and daily personal care while maintaining a strong focus on safety.The ideal candidate is physically capable, attentive, and comfortable working a longer day shift while following the client's individualized care plan.Pay & Benefits$15.50–$17.00 per hour based on experience and CNA certificationEmployee referral programPaid training and orientationBi-weekly payroll with direct depositInsurance benefits available for eligible full-time employeesPTO accrual begins after one yearSupportive office and scheduling teamReal-time assistance when neededOpportunities for additional hoursCare ResponsibilitiesThe caregiver will provide hands-on assistance while helping the client remain safe and as independent as possible. Responsibilities include:Providing standby assistance with ambulationAssisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other ADLsSupporting meal preparation and meal assistanceAssisting with transfers and safely supporting the client's weightUsing a gait belt during transfers and mobility assistanceOperating a sit-to-stand device safely and appropriatelyMonitoring the client for fall risksMaintaining a safe and organized environmentFollowing all instructions outlined in the client's Plan of CareProviding companionship and positive engagementCommunicating any changes, concerns, or safety issues to the care teamQualificationsAt least 1 year of professional senior caregiving experienceStrong hands-on experience with transfers and mobility assistance requiredExperience using gait belts requiredExperience with sit-to-stand devices requiredCNA certification preferred but not requiredPhysically able to assist with client mobility and transfersAble to remain attentive and provide safe care during extended shiftsValid driver's licenseReliable transportation and current auto insuranceCompassionate, dependable, and safety-consciousAble to follow a client's individualized Plan of CareWillingness to complete required company trainingWhy Work With Comfort Keepers?At Comfort Keepers, we believe excellent caregiving combines skill, compassion, and safety.
