Experienced Caregivers With Significant Dementia Experience NeededHourly Pay Rate: $22-$23Shifts Available: 12 Hour Overnight Shifts, Monday-SundayEmployment Type: Per DiemLocation: La Jolla, CAAre you a compassionate, patient, and reliable caregiver who finds joy in helping others live comfortably and with dignity? Do you have experience supporting individuals with dementia and want to make a meaningful difference every day? If so, Cheer Home Care would love to welcome you to our caring team!As a Cheer Home Care Aide, you will provide compassionate non-medical home care services to the elderly and disabled, specifically for 12-hours shifts with individuals with dementia. Your main focus will be on providing companionship, personal care, homemaking, and transportation services, all designed to help our clients maintain a comfortable and fulfilling life at home.What We Are Looking For:Experience matters: Bringing 10+ years of experience and a proven track record of providing high-quality care.Experience with specialized care, such as Dementia or Parkinson's, is required.A desire for stability: Caregivers who want to stick with the same client long-term, building a strong relationship over the years.A warm, vibrant heart: Someone who treats clients like family and takes pride in making a positive difference every day.Your Responsibilities Will Include:Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and groomingProviding compassionate dementia care with patience and respectOffering companionship, engagement, and emotional support throughout the evening with dementia-friendly activitiesSupporting mobility, meal preparation, and light housekeepingMaintaining a calm and comfortable atmosphereSchedule: 12-hour day and night shifts available (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
