We rarely refer out and perform a wide range of procedures in-house, including:Restorative dentistryCrown & bridgeDental implantsSurgical proceduresInvisalignSedation dentistryOur assistants are trusted clinical partners who play a critical role in workflow efficiency, patient communication, and procedural success.ResponsibilitiesAs an Experienced Dental Assistant, you will:Assist with restorative, surgical, and implant proceduresPlace composite restorations (Expanded Duties – Colorado)Fabricate and adjust temporary crownsTake digital and traditional impressions independentlySupport CEREC same-day crown workflowsAssist in surgical and implant casesPrepare operatories according to established SOPsCapture digital radiographs and dental photographyEnter accurate and thorough chart notes in Dentrix AscendProvide informed consent communication and post-operative instructionsConduct follow-up care calls and patient communicationMaintain strong attention to detail and documentation standardsWhile all clinical team members contribute to maintaining a clean and organized environment, we have full-time sterilization technicians, allowing assistants to remain primarily focused on patient care and clinical execution.Technology & Digital DentistryWe are a highly digital office utilizing:CEREC CAD/CAM technology3D printing (including surgical guides)Digital radiographyDentrix Ascend practice management softwareComprehensive digital workflowsExperience with digital dentistry is strongly preferred.QualificationsMinimum 2 years clinical dental assisting experienceExpanded Duties Dental Assistant (Colorado) preferredExperience placing restorations strongly preferredSurgical or implant assisting experience a plusSedation experience a plus (training available)Strong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and patient engagement skillsAbility to anticipate provider needs and maintain efficient clinical flowBilingual (Spanish/English) candidates receive a $2/hour pay differential.What Success Looks LikeWithin six months, a successful assistant:Confidently supports advanced restorative and surgical proceduresUnderstands our diagnostic and treatment workflowsCommunicates clearly and professionally with patientsMaintains excellent documentation and follow-throughDemonstrates ownership of operatory readiness and patient experienceGrowth OpportunitiesSurgical assisting specializationSedation team trainingAdvanced digital dentistry workflowsClinical Lead pathwayPotential Clinical Director growth trackThis is a long-term opportunity for someone who values both stability and professional development.Compensation & Benefits$20–$30 per hour (based on experience and expanded skill set)+$2/hour bilingual differential (Spanish/English)4-day work weekPaid holidaysPTOUniform allowanceSupportive, systems-driven team environmentIf you are an experienced Dental Assistant who values organization, follow-through, patient connection, and clinical excellence, we encourage you to apply.
