Join a thriving dermatology practice in Arroyo Grande, CA with West Dermatology! We’re looking for an Advanced Practice Provider with experience in General Dermatology to join our friendly, highly trained team dedicated to clinical excellence and an outstanding patient experience.

APP Salary Range : $120,000-$200,000

Board-Certified or Board-Eligible NP or PA

The compensation package for this position includes a guaranteed base salary or Personal Net Collections, whichever is greater. This structure is designed to provide income stabilit while also rewarding productivity. Actual earnings may vary based on individual performance, patient volume, and other factors influencing net collections. This offer is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the final employment agreement.
