Job description
Denver Tech Dermatology is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner with prior dermatology experience to join our established, physician-owned dermatology practice in the Denver Tech Center. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to grow over time as the provider develops their patient panel. We are looking for an NP who is clinically experienced in dermatology, values patient relationships and would like greater autonomy in developing their practice. The position will primarily involve medical dermatology, with the opportunity to perform procedures and, for an interested provider, develop a cosmetic/aesthetic practice within the office.
Responsibilities and opportunities include:
Evaluation and management of general medical dermatology patients
Skin cancer screening and evaluation of concerning lesions
Management of acne, rosacea, eczema, psoriasis and other common dermatologic conditions
Dermatologic procedures appropriate to training and experience
Opportunity to develop cosmetic dermatology services based on interest and experience
Development of an ongoing patient panel within the practice
The position will begin part-time, with the ability to add clinical time as the provider's patient base and production grow. Initial income support will be available during the practice-building period. Longer-term compensation will be production-based, with compensation increasing in line with production.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2–3 years of prior dermatology experience, be comfortable practicing with a high degree of clinical independence and be interested in developing a long-term patient following.
Qualifications:
Current or eligible Colorado NP license
Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner
Prior dermatology experience required; 2–3+ years preferred
Strong clinical and communication skills
Interest in cosmetic dermatology is welcome but not required

Compensation:
Initial guaranteed compensation during the practice-building period, transitioning toward a production-based compensation model with increasing earning potential as production grows.
