As a Community Living Floater (DSP Floater) with Easterseals, you'll work alongside people with disabilities to help them thrive in their homes and their community.The Community Living Floater provides daily assistance and supports for individuals with disabilities living in their home. Instead of working in a single home like our CL Specialist/DSP positions, you would serve as a DSP supporting 10–20 homes within a designated geographic area of St. Louis County.This position provides support, education and advocacy as outlined in the individual's support plan and ensures supports provided meet organizational guidelines, funder requirements and accreditation standards.Full-time employment3-4 Day work weeks (Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday)$1.50/hour premium added to base pay rate for FloatersEligible for additional shifts and overtime12-13 hour daysYearly raise opportunitiesJob trainingComprehensive PTO, retirement, and health benefits package for full-time team membersQualifications for this role include:Must have high school diploma or equivalent.Must have at least one year experience providing direct supports to individuals with disabilities.Must have basic computer skills and be able to work with a variety of computer systems.A driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation are required.North County, South County, West County, Ballwin, Maryland Heights, St. Louis, DSP, Direct Support Professional, Easter Seals, RBT, Registered Behavior Technician, Behavior Tech
