About the Role:
Hasty Enterprises Inc is looking for a skilled and motivated Experienced Electrician Residential Crew Leader to join our team in Chipley, FL! Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a residential electrical crew on job sites, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential properties including wiring, panels, and fixtures
Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and building plans
Ensure all work meets NEC code requirements and passes local inspections
Coordinate daily crew schedules, assignments, and job site logistics
Mentor and train apprentice and journeyman electricians on best practices
Communicate project updates and progress to management and clients
Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of residential electrical experience
Proven experience leading or supervising an electrical crew
Strong knowledge of NEC codes and local electrical regulations in Florida
Ability to read blueprints and electrical diagrams
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments
