Position Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and self-motivated Lead Field Service Technician to join our team. This is a key role that gives you significant control over your own schedule. You will primarily handle on-site field service calls while also performing shop work (motor assembly/disassembly) when field work is not available.
Key Responsibilities
* Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and rebuild AC/DC motors, pumps , gearboxes and fans both on-site and in the shop
* Perform on-site bearing changes, shaft alignments, and vibration analysis
* Deliver professional customer service and build strong client relationships
* Efficiently manage your own schedule and service calls as a self-motivated "go-getter"
* Assemble and disassemble motors in the shop during downtime between field jobs

Qualifications
* Strong proficiency in troubleshooting, repairing, and rebuilding AC/DC motors, pumps, and fans
* Hands-on experience with on-site bearing replacement, alignments, and vibration analysis
* Excellent customer relations and communication skills
* Timely, reliable, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
