Experienced Full-Time Caregiver | Personal Care Experience Required | Ames & Boone, IowaAre you an experienced caregiver who is comfortable providing hands-on personal care and knows how important dignity, patience, and safety are when helping someone with their daily routine?At Home Instead, we're looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers with personal care experience to help older adults remain safe, independent, and engaged in the lives they love.Full-Time Daytime AvailabilityWe're hiring experienced caregivers who can provide consistent full-time availability between 8 AM and 5 PM.We don't require a specific set of days, but we're looking for caregivers who can maintain a reliable and consistent weekly schedule within these daytime hours.Pay & BenefitsStarting wage: $17 per hourAdditional weekend shift premiumPaid orientation and ongoing paid trainingVacation PayHealth Insurance401(k) with company matchOpportunities for additional hours24/7 on-call supportWhat You'll DoThis role goes beyond companionship.
