Job description
Experienced Glass InstallerSeeking an experienced, dependable, and detail-oriented Glass Installer to join our growing team in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. This position is responsible for installing custom glass products in residential and commercial spaces while delivering high-quality craftsmanship and professional customer service. ResponsibilitiesInstall frameless shower doors, shower enclosures, mirrors, glass railings, walls, and other custom glass products.Install hinges, brackets, channels, metal framework, and related hardware.Accurately measure, layout, and complete installations according to specifications.Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, measurements, and installation instructions.Troubleshoot installation issues and ensure completed work meets company quality and safety standards.Maintain company tools, equipment, vehicle inventory, and installation materials.Protect customer property and maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite.Complete required job documentation, photos, and project updates.Communicate professionally with customers and team members.Qualifications3+ years of relevant glass installation experience requiredExperience with custom shower glass, mirrors, architectural hardware, or similar productsStrong measuring, layout, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skillsAbility to read drawings, blueprints, and installation specificationsStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipDependable, self-motivated, and professionalAbility to work independently and as part of a teamValid driver's license with an acceptable driving recordHigh School Diploma or GEDAbility to safely lift and handle materials weighing approximately 50+ pounds, with assistance when neededComfortable working from ladders, lifts, and elevated work areasCompensation & Benefits$28–$32 per hour, based on experienceBonus opportunitiesHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid Time Off401(k) retirement planCompany vehicle and gas cardCompany phoneTool allowanceTraining and professional developmentOpportunities for advancementCompensation: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
