nWhat You’ll Do
nAs a Home Health Aide, you’ll provide compassionate, dependable care while helping clients maintain their comfort, independence, and quality of life.
nResponsibilities include:
nAssist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, ambulation, and transfers
nProvide companionship and support during daily activities
nAccompany clients to grocery stores, doctor appointments, pharmacies, and other necessary outings
nAssist with active and passive mobility exercises according to the client's plan of care
nObserve and document changes in the client's condition and communicate them to the Director of Nursing
nProvide care in accordance with the client's individualized plan of care
nMaintain client privacy and confidentiality
nWhat We’re Looking For
nValid Florida HHA license in good standing
nHigh school diploma or GED
nValid CPR certification
nPhysical and negative TB skin test within the past 12 months
nValid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
nAbility to pass a drug screening and motor vehicle background check
nAbility to maintain client confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements
nBilingual Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply
nAbility to safely stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull
nAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and assist clients with varying mobility needs
