We're committed to making a positive difference—one client, one family, and one caregiver at a time.We are seeking an experienced Hospice Caregiver to provide dedicated, round-the-clock support for a client in their home. This is an awake, long-shift position designed for a compassionate professional who is committed to delivering exceptional care and requires experience with hospice care. Your responsibilities will include:Providing personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.Building meaningful relationships through companionship, conversation, and emotional support.Assisting with light housekeeping and meal preparation.Providing medication reminders.Assisting with mobility and transportation.Safety supervision and peace of mind.Following individual care plans and accurately documenting daily care notes using our mobile app.Communicating effectively with our office team.We're looking for caring individuals who are passionate about helping others. You'll be successful in this role if you have:Successfully pass a background check.Reliable transportation and valid ID.Compassion, reliability, and a positive attitude.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Must be 18 years of age or older.Ability to read, write, and speak English.Previous caregiving experience, CNA, PCA, HHA, or companion care experience is welcomed but not essential.
