The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, and reliable.ResponsibilitiesAssist with personal hygiene needs and dressingAssist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercisesPrepare meals and snacksLight housekeeping activitiesMedication remindersProvide companionshipAssist with errands and shoppingQualificationsPrevious experience as a caregiver, home health aide, or similar role is preferred—minimum of 1 year of previous caregiving experienceExperienced working in home care, assisted living, skilled nursing, or group home is preferredKnowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skillsAbility to adhere to all health and safety guidelinesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCompassionate, respectful, ethicalCompensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hourProfessional caregivers go by many names: homemakers, home care aides, home health aides, certified nursing assistants, personal care assistants, direct care workers.
