In-Home CaregiverExperienced In-Home Caregiver – CNA Background Preferred (North Lincoln)About Us: As senior care leaders, TheKey connects skilled care professionals with rewarding in-home roles that allow for focused, 1-on-1 care without facility burnout.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver comprehensive personal care, hygiene, and mobility support.Assist with medication reminders, incontinence care, and customized care plans.Handle light housekeeping, meal preparation, and client transport.Assess safety, manage client needs, and accurately log shift updatesWhat We're Looking For1+ years of facility (ALF/Nursing Home) or home health experience preferred (CNA/Med-Aide a plus).Proven reliability, strong organizational skills, and calm crisis management.Experience with dementia care, Hoyer lifts, or gait belts is a plus.Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, insurance, and background clearance.Competitive hourly rates ($16.00–$18.50/hr) with guaranteed weekly payFull-time health insurance benefits & 401(k) matchPaid advanced training modulesDedicated 24/7 staffing support team
