Pay Rate: $17-$22/hr

What You'll Be Doing Welcome prospective and current residents with exceptional customer service
Answer calls and respond to leasing inquiries
Schedule and conduct community and apartment tours
Present apartment homes and community amenities
Assist with lead management and follow-up activities
Support residents with questions and service requests
Assist with day-to-day leasing office operations
What It Takes to Succeed Previous leasing experience
Yardi (required)
AppFolio (preferred)
1+ year of customer service, hospitality, sales, or related experience
Professional and dependable work ethic
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Positive, outgoing personality
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable learning new technology and property management systems
Passion for delivering great customer experiences
Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, walk, and move throughout apartment communities
Ability to tour apartments, model homes, and community amenities
Ability to use computers and office equipment for extended periods
Ability to ascend and descend stairs as needed
